Job Summary:
As a Community Liaison Operations, you will be responsible for generating new business and building relationships with clients and referral sources. Your role will be essential in expanding our service offerings to meet the needs of the community. You will play a key part in growing our client base, maintaining high standards of care, and ensuring that individuals and families are informed about the services we provide.
 
Key Responsibilities:
●      Identify and target potential clients in need of home care services through cold calling, referrals, networking, and partnerships with local healthcare providers (doctors, hospitals, senior communities, etc.).
●      Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, potential clients, and their families to ensure that home care needs are met.
●      Conduct needs assessments with potential clients and provide customized care solutions tailored to their specific needs.
●      Market Research: Stay informed on local market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
●      Follow-up & Retention: Ensure new clients are successfully onboarded and receive the best care possible, with regular follow-up to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
 
 
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in Community Liaison Operations, preferably in healthcare, home care, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to build rapport and trust with potential clients and referral partners.
  • Understanding of the home care industry 
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field preferred. Other Requirements: 
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ability to travel
